When working with one of our experienced/certified practitioners, many times a combination of healing techniques will be used to enable a stronger healing process. Because each practitioner uses different modalities, pricing and length of time will vary with each healing session.

Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique is a simple and practical method for improving ease and freedom of movement, balance, support and coordination. It is not a series of treatments or exercises, but rather a reeducation of the mind and body. The Alexander Technique is a method which helps to discover a new balance in the body by releasing unnecessary tension.
Aromatherapy
Essential oils are used in aromatherapy to treat dis-ease. The fragrances stimulate nerves in the nose, sending impulses to the brain which control memory and emotion. This process stimulates and calms the body. It is used to treat a wide range of physical and mental conditions, including burns, infections, depression, insomnia, and high blood pressure.

Art therapy is a form of creative expression using materials, such as ceramics, paints, chalks, and markers. Art can be used to relieve stress and bring us back into balance. It is very healing for people of all ages.
